Yuriy at Baynetwork not only responded quickly to my initial inquiries about repair for my phone system, but they fixed the unit the same day, sent it to me by the method I specified, and he identified the problem and a solution to prevent future repairs. The power to our space was surging, even though we had surge protectors they were not enough. Since re-installing our newly repaired system, and the new UPS unit, we have had a system that performs better than we've ever seen. A footnote: when I called the manufacturer of the phone unit, they said it was not something that could be repaired and I needed to replace the unit at a $1400 cost; Baynetwork fixed the unit for $250. Less waste in the landfill, more money that stays with me! I'm sold!
