We are already quite SEO savvy, so we need someone smarter than us who will bring the skills, knowledge and passion to this position which will move us forward rapidly in this critical area of our company.

Responsibilities: 

• You will need to understand all aspects of our site, users, and customers and determine the best SEO and analytics for all. 
• Improve organic search ranking for our content. 
• Develop and optimize campaigns for improving traffic and conversion rates. 
• Manage secondary exposure mediums such as Twitter, Linked In, other community forums, etc.
• Analyze and manage PPC campaigns, Ad words.
• You will be responsible for implementing non-technical site changes, such as keyword densities, content titles, landing pages, SEM campaigns, email marketing analytics, etc. 
• You will spec changes for sales, engineering and marketing based on your findings. 
• You will baseline all activity and measure the effectiveness of changes, then repeat. 
• You will recommend changes to all site content, email messaging and analytics as warranted.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree (MS a bonus)
• 5 yrs professional working experience 
• Only highly analytical people should apply who have a deep understanding of customer acquisition, online marketing analytics, and the levers that drive performance and return on investment. 
• Hands on experience building and managing successful SEO/SEM programs and email marketing
• Deep understanding of online community and content (user acquisition, funnel analysis, marketing efficiency, consumer lifecycle, etc.) 
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and creative problem solving skills 
• Identify and make data-driven decisions 
• Be very skilled at using Google Analytics, Google Webmaster  and web analytics 
• Outstanding SEO knowledge and skills 
• Experience with SEO, SEM of USER GENERATED content 
• Understanding of HTML 
• Experience managing adwords accounts 
• Knowledge of A/B testing
