Yuriy personally drove to our customer's location and identified the problem as an IOS issue, fixed it and saved my company thousands of dollars. I can count on one hand the number of companies to whom I've sent testimonials over the last 17 years in business. Yuriy at Baynetwork not only responded quickly to my initial inquiries about repair for my phone system, but they fixed the unit the same day, sent it to me by the method I specified, and he identified the problem and a solution to prevent future repairs. The power to our space was surging, even though we had surge protectors they were not enough. Since re-installing our newly repaired system, and the new UPS unit, we have had a system that performs better than we've ever seen. A footnote: when I called the manufacturer of the phone unit, they said it was not something that could be repaired and I needed to replace the unit at a $1400 cost; Baynetwork fixed the unit for $250. Less waste in the landfill, more money that stays with me! I'm sold!

I know people probably don't usually do this, but I wanted take a quick moment and formally thank you for the wonderful (and quick) network installation you did for our small company. Not only did you actually talk us into a less expensive option than we had originally thought necessary, your crew honestly installed and set up the new equipment in far less time than it would have taken us in-house. At no time did I ever feel like I was being condescended to, or in any way made to feel unimportant, even though I am sure we are far from the largest job you're undertaken. I can assure you that this is unusual in a business area driven by complex technology, and I can also assure you that when we decide to upgrade, you will be the first contact we make. We have filed all of your recommendations when you started this job, so hopefully that will save us some time then.
Of course it probably won't as we designers are notoriously bad at absorbing purely technical data, but we can always hope. Designers also tend to believe in hope.
