Management Team

Dan Woods, Board of Directors, Chairman

Dan joined the Baynetwork board of directors as non-executive chairman in 2008, bringing growth and value-creation experience to Baynetwork's vision for integrated threat management leadership. Dan was most recently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asitek Corporation. He brings to Baynetwork four decades of experience in technical, sales, marketing and general management positions within the computer systems and software industry in the Finland, Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific. He serves on the boards of Applix, Inc., Lawson Software, Inc., ViryaNet, Inc., a number of privately held technology companies. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.

Kevin Mills, Board of Directors, Advisor

Kevin Mills serves on the Board as Senior Non-Executive Advisors and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He also serves on the boards of E2V Technologies Plc, Xyratex Ltd and Frontier Silicon Holdings Ltd and is Chairman of Picochip Inc. From 1995 to 2002, Kevin served as the Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings Plc.

Zoltan Krucsay, CEO

Zoltan brought over three decades of Executive Administration experience with him when he joined the core team of professionals for Baynetwork. In addition to an in-depth understanding of global economics, Zoltan has the rare visionary attribute of being able to understand emerging trends and technologies and envision functional applications of those to the benefit of all Baynetwork clients.

Viktoria Kokorina, CFO

A stellar educational and corporate background in International Finance would make Viktoria a key catch for any Fortune 500 company. Choosing rather to take her expertise into an equity position in her own venture, Viktoria brings a keen appreciation of global markets to her position at Baynetwork as she manages not only the day to day Financial Operations but also maintains contacts to ensure premium acquisition opportunities.

George (Yuriy) Petushkov, Company Managing Director

Yuriy heads up an extremely talented company and technically-minded individuals at Baynetwork. Having earned B.S. and M.S. Degrees in Computer Science Yuriy worked at some of the Bay Area's top IT Departments including Sony Electronics and other networking companies in Bay Area and Minneapolis before being convinced to join the ranks of upper management at Baynetwork Inc. Despite his new administrative responsibilities running company Yuriy maintains a passion for the IT world and still has been known to wander out into the field when the occasion either allows or demands his unique presence.

Pamela Nance, Marketing Director

Pamela brings more than 15 years of enterprise software experience to Baynetwork, having managed marketing, development, service, and sales organizations in North America and Europe. As Marketing Director, Pamela is responsible for business development, marketing communications and field marketing, and works with Baynetwork's partners to define and build the Baynetwork networking and computer equipment sales and support market. Pamela was a member of the executive team that grew AKG Computers from $4M to $24M. She has served as an officer of both public and private companies, including Avalon Software, and River One. As principal of TOADVERT, Inc., a marketing consulting firm, Pamela has worked with many software companies to achieve strategic change. In her corporate, analyst, and consulting roles, Pamela has been a driving force in the definition and development of new enterprise application markets. Pamela holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Bart Valdes, VP of Sale

Bart has been with the company for 1 year and through his leadership has helped establish Baynetwork as an industry leader. He was personally involved in landing major accounts like Hewlett-Packard, Dell, E*TRADE, and Countrywide Financial, among many others. As VP of Sales & Strategic Accounts, Bart is responsible for all Baynetwork revenue across existing clients and new business. Prior to Baynetwork, Bart served in a number of executive management positions, most notably as the General Manager for Ziff-Davis France, where he brought his division to profitability one year ahead of schedule. He also worked for the high technology marketing consulting firm, Gartner Group/Dataquest Europe, where he finished as the number one Regional Manager worldwide. He started his sales management, sales training, and major account management career at Xerox Corporation -- consistently ranking in the company's top 5% for performance.
Bart holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic Planning from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Marketing from San Jose State University. He speaks Spanish, French, and Italian.

Justine (JJ) Johnson, CTO

JJ is responsible for Baynetwork global information systems, including the technology strategy, enterprise architecture, information technology governance, solutions delivery, and systems operations supporting the company. His role includes enabling Baynetwork business through services such as knowledge management, technology innovation, technology-enabled collaboration, and process improvement. Justine has over 18 years experience as an information technology leader. Prior to joining Baynetwork, he was Managing VP, Information Technology at Visa where he developed and delivered information technology solutions for the firm's corporate functions and Global Financial Services group. Justine led multiple global technology initiatives for the private networking and computer companies in Bay Area. JJ began his career at IBM as an operating system developer and held several technology and technical marketing positions of increasing responsibility with that firm. Justine Jonson holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Michael McClure, Legal

Mr. McClure is responsible for Legal department activities at Baynetwork Inc. Prior to joining Baynetwork, Mr. McClure was employed by Anderson Estate in Las Vegas in their Real Estate Consulting Practice, primarily assisting legal department with their securitization efforts. Before Baynetwork, Mr. McClure was the Chief Legal Officer for Country Financial where he was responsible for the structuring, approval and closing of over $1 billion in commercial mortgages originated for the purpose of securitization. In total, Mr. McClure has spent over 20 years involved in all areas of law and justice carrier. Mr. McClure received his Law and Criminal justice degree from the University of Notre Dame.
