Many companies in our industry overuse the word "certified" without explaining what that term means specifically. At Baynetwork we take the word very seriously, and when we make a sale - whether of equipment or one of our many services - we "certify" that you will be 100% satisfied before we consider a job complete.
When Baynetwork says "certified" it means precisely what it sounds like. It means certified by us. We stand behind it completely. We go beyond what almost all major companies can promise, and we can do so because of the composition of our in-house team. Rather than subcontract out the majority of our work like most of our competitors, Baynetwork prefers to employ a steady group of enthusiastic and qualified technicians and system administrators. By using our own people to test and (if necessary) rebuild our products, we can be certain that we can completely provide what we promise.
You may think you're simply buying a box of electronics, but what you actually rely on are the individuals that stand behind that sale. At Baynetwork you're more than just a customer number on an invoice: You're the key to the continued growth of our company.
